Clr. Ballard and Charlie Sheen both have limited grasp on reality and both have twitter feeds that they have recently used to espouse their unique brand of craziness.
It is clear to me that both abuse the drug known as "Charlie Sheen" , yet only one is a clear #Winner.
Charlie Sheen set a Guinness World Record for the fastest time to reach 1 million followers on Twitter.
Guinness community manager Dan Barrett says the agency “just researched and approved” the record this morning. According to Barrett, Sheen reached that milestone in 25 hours and 17 minutes. As of this writing, Sheen’s Twitter account, @CharlieSheen, has 1.5million followers. Guinness did not have a previous record for that category, Barrett says.
Sheen joined Twitter March 1. In a matter of minutes, Sheen acquired more than 60,000 followers and a Klout score of 57 — without even tweeting.
By comparison Ballard's twitter account has been up for 5 months and has 30 followers.
If Clr. Ballard's game is being crazy then he needs to learn how to own it to make it work for him.
