Once the bus goes 50 miles an hour, the bomb is armed. If it drops below 50, it blows up. What do you do? What do you do?


When it comes to seniors is the Town of Aurora’s claim to supporting an “exceptional quality of life” authentic?

Here is a post on the town’s Facebook page from September 23rd:


Look at all those happy seniors, that must be some exciting trip!

There’s one small problem,  none of them are from Aurora.

The town simply went and bought a cheesy stock photo, and when I called them on it this was their response:


Wait, so from all the years the Seniors Association has been doing bus trips they haven’t had a single group “willing to pose for pics”?

I call bullshit.

So if the town can’t find happy photos of Auror seniors are they now going to start the process of substituting in whatever it takes to create the illusion?

These are bus trips that include either yodeling or slot machines, it doesn’t need to be marketed like the movie SPEED.

What’s next? Are the invitations to the Senior’s Wednesday lunches going to start looking like this:
