I checked this week and almost a year later and it is still non-functional.
Seeing as I posted about it back in April of 2018, so this has been an ongoing issue for over 2 years.
Surely during covid staff has had more than enough time to catch up on capital repairs like this, so what’s the excuse?
None of this is surprising as it took over 5 years to address the abysmal failure of a sign at Yonge & Aurora Heights Dr.
Yet the asshats on council that can’t get simple things like this done are the same ones committing to build and maintain a canopy of lights over our downtown.
